KPITB signed an MOU with KP Food Departmwnt

KPITB achieved a significant milestone in KP's Digital Transformation by partnering with the Food Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The food infrastructure is now digitized and automated, enabling transparent wheat and flour transportation between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. This first-of-its-kind interprovincial Digital System ensures authorized supply, preventing misuse and ensuring a smooth chain within KP.
We thank Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for seamlessly integrating Punjab's wheat supply chain with the e-permit system.

Our dedicated interns, many hailing from underrepresented regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, showcased their impressive work on various #civictech projects they've been developing over the last six months.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has signed an agreement with Konnect by HBL to provide citizens with online payment options through KPITB's integrated payment gateway.
This collaboration aims to revolutionize public service delivery by offering secure and convenient payment methods. Citizens will have the ease of paying for public services at their fingertips while ensuring transparency in public payments. The integrated payment gateway will provide multiple payment options for citizens to choose from, tailored to their preferences. Konnect by HBL, as a key operator in the sector, is proudly onboard, and this partnership will greatly benefit the public.

KPITB conducted a comprehensive training session on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's official Web Portal and Assami Online Job Platform. Focal persons from various government departments, directorates, DC offices, and autonomous bodies attended and received hands-on training.
The KP Web Portal is a one-stop-shop for citizens to access updated and authentic information, while the Assami job platform makes applying for government jobs easier than ever before.

During the ceremony, we also celebrated the launch of the KP Super App and Health Information Management System (HMIS). Additionally, we signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Code for Pakistan, University of Malakand, and Kohat University of Science & Technology.

Contract signing ceremony with Easypaisa for integrated payment gateway system

To facilitate government departments with an integrated payment gateway system, KPITB signed a contract with easypaisa.
KPITB will provide an interface for the relevant departments to reconcile digital payments where departments can register their services and collect digital payments via Web or Mobile application. Through a unified and integrated payment gateway interface service, government departments can accept digital payments from all service providers in Pakistan without going into contract with every individual digital payment service provider in the most convenient way possible.

MOU signing ceremony Between Khyber Information Technology Board (KPITB) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)

In order to accelerate innovation within the KP Government, The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to advance its journey towards digital transformation.
The MoU will enable the KP Government to understand the application of cloud technology to improve efficiency, reliability, and security at a lower cost. To serve this purpose, Amazon Web Services is developing a training plan to upskill government personnel, build cloud competency, and contribute to workforce development. This will encourage experimentation with new ideas within the KP Government and the ability to deliver new citizen services more quickly and at a reduced cost.

Graduation Ceremony for the 7th cycle of KP Government Innovation Fellowship Program & First cycle of the KP Women Civic Internship Program

A Graduation Ceremony was held for the 7th cycle KP Government Innovation Fellowship Program & 1st cycle of the KP Women Civic Internship Program.
A total of 19 Fellows and 9 Women Interns graduated from the programs. The ceremony also showcased the digital solutions and online platforms developed for different government departments of KP. During the duration of the six months' programs, the Fellows & Interns worked on nine software solutions for seven government departments of KP, which included:
